Three-layer picking conveyor

The pick conveyor is a three-level system and can be equipped with four levels depending on the use and customer wishes.

The products are supplied via a large product conveyor located on the middle level. Employees remove the products from the conveyor belt and process them on their work platforms.

The processed products are placed on the higher finished product conveyor belt, and the rejects are dumped on the reject conveyor belt via a hopper, which transports them to the waste collection belt. All conveyor belts are equipped with quick releases for fast and thorough cleaning.

The work platforms are movable, which enables an optimal workplace design. The pick conveyor is standard with 12 workstations. Different sizes are available on request.
