Description

Working principle

The impurity separation conveyor consists of a frame and a conveyor belt with special perforations that allow small impurities to be separated from the product, mainly leafy vegetables. The equipment is usually used in the washing stage to remove seeds, stones, clay particles and insects.

To facilitate the separation of impurities, there are rotary vibration devices at the bottom of the conveyor belt, which make the conveyor belt vibrate, so that the particle impurities fall between the vegetables. The waste is collected in boxes under the conveyor belt.
