Automatic dryer

1. Equipment configuration standard: All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304. and other parts such as the main frame are protected by carbon steel pickling, phosphating and spraying. A mobile baffle system is configured, and all parts that come into contact with the material have no relative friction; the whole machine uses screw cold connection (except the track).

2. Machine door insulation material: A1 grade fireproof composite sandwich panel, machine door thickness 50mm.

3. Air supply capacity: > 85m³/h, air supply pressure: dynamic pressure 3~5kpa, static pressure < 30kpa, burner air inlet diameter: DN40 (1 group) 10) Hot air temperature adjustment range: room temperature -80℃;

4. Control system: touch screen + PLC automatic control, drying parameters can be set independently and the best drying process is solidified in the equipment, no human supervision is required during normal operation; centralized control, signals can be incorporated into the management system.
