Working principle

The automatic trolley is installed behind the centrifugal dehydrator.

The operator manually places the basket on the carousel. By automatic rotation, the basket moves to the next position. Close the filling right button, the full automatically goes to the unloading position and then the operator takes the full basket out and places a new empty basket on the machine.

The number of products loaded into the basket is easily adjusted by a height sensor placed in the rotation position

The hygienic control panel is equipped with buttons and integrated lights for easy operation.

For safety during use, the machine has an integrated torque fastener. This fastener will put the machine under thrust when someone is in the rotation cycle of the carousel

Capacity

The capacity of the machine is determined by the speed at which the previous machine can fill the basket with the set volume.

The carousel can rotate up to 30 times per minute. The rotation speed can be controlled via the machine control panel
