Continuous microdermabrasion machine

For continuous peeling of tuber products such as potatoes, carrots, beetroots, etc. The machine is equipped with 10 or 12 stripping rollers, on which corundum is applied, and a transport worm, which will evenly move the product to be removed in the machine. In addition to stripping the product, the machine is also suitable for polishing, depending on the type of corundum.

The number of stripping rollers and the type of corundum applied to them largely determine the capacity of the machine.

The stripping rollers are placed next to each other, the two in the middle are the lowest and the adjacent stripping rollers are mounted slightly higher, following the shape of the transport worm. The stripping rollers are equipped with quick-release fasteners for trouble-free mounting and are driven by a toothed belt, with each roller rotating at a different speed. This leads to high-capacity results. The side panels can be provided with openings on request so that backstripping can be carried out.

Optionally, a control box is available with which the speeds of the stripping rollers and the transport worm can be set independently of each other. The desired scraping result can then be optimally adapted to each product type.

Product specifications

Beans, carrots, kohlrabi, beetroot, product diameters from 6 to 200 mm.

Capacity

The production capacity depends, among other things, on the size of the product to be peeled and the number of rollers, the type of corundum on the peeling rollers and the desired peeling result. However, it can be assumed that 2500-8000 kg (raw material) are imported per hour.
