Working Principle

The cleaning machine is equipped with an air injection system for thorough cleaning without damaging the product. The amount of air is adjustable so that a strong or weak turbulence in the washing water is achieved as required. The air injection system is divided into two parts, which work alternately. The operation of the switching parts ensures the stationary movement of the product.

The variable water flow of the variable frequency circulation pump together with the frequency conversion ensures that the air intake is used to transport the product through the cleaning machine and the residence time of the material in the cleaning tank is precisely controlled

The outlet side turns into water and product on a separate outlet conveyor. Via a receiving box, the water flows to the pump box. Loose particulate impurities are filtered out of the water by a static screen, and the external conveyor belt can be performed as a dewatering belt.
