Working principle

The peeling machine is designed for continuous peeling of pre-cut or pre-chopped block products, such as potatoes, etc. Especially after polishing, but also steam-polished products. The final product has a very smooth appearance and looks like hand-polished.

The drum has knives around its circumference. By varying the rotation speed of the drum, the degree of peeling is controlled.

The waste is directly separated from the product and rolled outwards by the rotating rollers. Optionally, a waste processor and waste conveyor can be added at the bottom of the machine to collect the waste and dispose of it.

Construction of the machineThe machine consists of a stable frame with a base, a drum and a transport drum suspended on both sides, driven by two motors. There are spray pipes inside.
