The water is recirculated to the trough via a pump. The vortex and thrust can be individually controlled via manually adjusted valves and nozzles.

The vortex and thrust ensure good washing results and the required residence time of the product. The control cabinet is equipped with a touch screen to read the water temperature and to switch the various components on and off.

Capacity

Up to 3000 kg per hour, depending on the product and the required residence time.

Options

Outfeed conveyor

By placing an outfeed conveyor after the washing trough instead of a vibrating chute, the product can be easily conveyed to a further end of the production line

Optionally equipped with an upper cage unit. This removes small, unwanted particles from the water.

Small particles can be removed by a drum filter in the circulating water tank.
