The product is conveyed in the machine by a water jet. The built-in air jet system completely immerses the product under water. The air jets cause dirt to fall off the product.
The sand sinks to the bottom. Due to the conical shape of the trough, dirt collects at the central point. From here, gravel and grit are transported from the trough to the collection box via a valve.
At the discharge end, the product is drained with a mesh belt. A spray device is installed above the mesh belt to spray the product with clean water before entering the next cleaning stage
Capacity:
The capacity of the leaf vegetable mortar is 1000 kg/h. The capacity depends on the amount of sand between the products.
