TCZ-40 Weighing machine

Working principle

The TCZ-40 weighing scale is mobile and consists of a stable frame with a base. It is equipped with a plastic plate belt. The machine is equipped with a switch cabinet and a PLC-controlled weighing system.

The discharge weight, parameters and other function settings and displays are set using a touch screen. The operation of the machine is also carried out from this touch screen switch cabinet.

The products to be weighed are conveyed to the weighing box via a modular conveyor belt. When the actual weight in the weighing box approaches the set weight, the feed speed of the feed belt is automatically adjusted. This will ensure that the actual weight is as close to the set weight as possible

After reaching the set weight, the conveying will stop and the weighing object of the weighing box can be manually unloaded. After unloading, the weighing belt is turned on again and the cycle is repeated.

The maximum capacity of the weighing box is 25 liters (± 15 kg potatoes). The rocker of the machine is removable and the support platform is height-adjustable.
