Working Principle
Roller Bar Classifier is to classify foodstuffs through a series of parallel arranged and adjustable spaced rollers. When working, the foodstuffs are placed on the rollers, which rotate under the driving device so that the foodstuffs move forward on the rollers. When the foodstuff passes through the roller gap, the foodstuff which is smaller than the roller gap will fall from the gap and fall into the corresponding collection device, while the foodstuff which is larger than the roller gap will continue to move on the roller, enter into the next level of roller or be collected into the corresponding grade area. By adjusting the spacing between the rollers in the different zones, the foodstuffs can be sorted into different grades according to their size.
Application Scenario
Rolling bar classifier is widely used in the processing line of fruits, vegetables and other foodstuffs. In the field of fruit processing, it can be used for grading various fruits such as apples, oranges, peaches, etc. The fruits are divided into different grades according to their sizes, so as to facilitate packaging, sales and further processing. In vegetable processing, it is commonly used in grading root vegetables such as potato, carrot, onion, etc., as well as grading fruits and vegetables such as cucumber, eggplant, etc., so as to improve the commercialization degree and processing efficiency of vegetables.
